TESLA Class Action Alleges Automaker Falsely Advertises 3 Years of Free Supercharging :

Tesla erroneously guaranteed three years of supercharging for buyers who bought its Model S and Model X vehicles among April and June 2023, another legal claim asserts.

Offended party Sean Cohen claims Tesla didn't really expect to give free supercharging to Tesla Model S and Model X purchasers, notwithstanding purportedly promoting that it would and fooling buyers into paying something else for the vehicles as a result of it.
